For a swift and seamless refund, simply ensure the item is in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and tags intact, and include your order number. Once received and verified, we will promptly process your refund within 3 business days.
2. Review-Based Returns (For Non-Standard Situations)
We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. If the item has been opened or lightly used but remains in good working condition, you may still request a return. These cases are handled with care through a quick manual review, and we will provide a resolution within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
3. Quality Assurance & Exchange
Your confidence in our products is essential. If you encounter a suspected manufacturing defect during use, please contact our support team at care@glamupbeautytech.com for technical assistance. Should a defect be verified, we will arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible—typically without requiring the initial product to be returned—to ensure you can resume your GLAMUP experience without delay.
2. Return Shipping & Fees
We believe in fair and transparent policies. Return shipping fees are handled based on the reason for the return, ensuring we take responsibility for our errors while managing costs for change-of-mind returns.
A. Returns for Customer Reasons (e.g., Change of Mind)
If you initiate a return for reasons not related to product quality (e.g., you simply changed your mind), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Convenient Prepaid Label: To make the process effortless, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label upon return approval (for U.S. orders).

Shipping Fee Deduction: A flat fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund to cover this shipping service. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

No Restocking Fees: We never charge additional restocking fees.
B. Returns for Our Error (e.g., Defective or Wrong Item)
If the return is a result of our error, we will cover all associated costs completely.

3. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale / Clearance Items: Any item explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Hygiene-Sensitive Products: Opened or used personal hygiene items (e.g., cosmetics, hair styling tools, air curlers).
- Digital Goods: Gift cards and any purchased services.
4. Refund Process

- Provide your order number to start the return process.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
