Shipping Policy

Please read the following information carefully before placing your order to ensure you understand our shipping arrangements.
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
This page outlines our order processing time, estimated delivery schedule, shipping fees, tracking procedures, tax policy, and how we handle shipping delays or damages.

Customer Service Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (local time). We typically respond within the same business day. Messages received outside business hours will be answered on the next working day.

Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping within the United States, covering all 50 states. We primarily ship through reliable carriers such as USPS or DHL, but may adjust the final carrier selection based on your location and real-time logistics conditions. For P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), orders will be delivered through designated postal services.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Cut-Off Time: To ensure same-day processing, please place your order before 12:00 PM (local warehouse time). Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Special Verification: Orders requiring address or payment verification may take longer to process. If additional verification is needed, our team will contact you via care@glamupbeautytech.com.

Estimated Delivery Time (from shipment date)

The following delivery estimates do not include the 1–2 business day processing period. Delivery times may be slightly extended during holidays, promotional seasons, or to remote areas. With multiple distribution centers across the U.S. and other regions, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Average delivery time: 3–5 business days.

Shipping Fees

All domestic U.S. orders qualify for free standard shipping. If an order is returned for personal reasons (see our Refund Policy), the original shipping cost will not be refunded. If you believe there has been an error or issue with your shipment, please contact care@glamupbeautytech.com immediately.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately, each with its own tracking information.
If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours after shipment, please contact care@glamupbeautytech.com.

Taxes & Duties

All prices for U.S. orders include applicable taxes. Customers do not need to pay any additional customs duties or import fees.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

Before shipment, you may contact us to update your shipping address or cancel your order. Please reach out as soon as possible via care@glamupbeautytech.com and provide your order number and revised information.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified. If a change is needed after delivery, please initiate a return through our Refund Policy.

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check with family members, neighbors, or property management, and confirm with the carrier.
If the issue is not resolved within 7 days, contact us at care@glamupbeautytech.com. We will assist you in initiating a carrier investigation or claim.
GLAMUP is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered but subsequently stolen. If the carrier confirms that a package is lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at care@glamupbeautytech.com and provide the following details:
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photo of the shipping label
  • Photos showing product damage
We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible. ⚠️ Please retain all original packaging until the issue is fully resolved.
